Ordering Information and Shipping Policies

All orders are normally shipped out of our location within 2-4 business days, pending stock availability. Orders with large item quantities may take longer to ship. Once the order ships we will send you your tracking information with UPS.

Sometimes, no matter how careful we are, DAMAGE happens. Please use CAUTION when unwrapping your order. If you have a damaged item, contact us immediately at info@swancreekcandle.com. Include your order number and a picture of the damage. We will credit the cost of the damages to the credit card used for purchase immediately.

If an item is listed as temporarily out of stock, please know that our policy is to hold the entire order until that item comes back into stock. If you would like to have items shipped separately, extra shipping charges will apply.
